Remodel + New Construction package
Our Remodel/New Construction service is for those who are ideally in the planning stages of their new custom home. This interior design service takes you through the entire process of visualizing each and every one of your rooms, selecting all finishes and materials, drawing all technical and to-scale drawings for a builder and subcontractors to follow, and also creating detailed specification sheets and construction drawings to go with the designs. It includes multiple presentations where we lay out all materials, elevational drawings, and 3D artistic renderings so you can truly visualize your new home. Additionally, we work alongside your General Contractor to project manage and are on-site for all important milestones, ensuring there are no design hiccups along the way.

Full Furnishing package
For a new build home or an existing home needing a transformation, we are here to help you with furniture and furnishing design. Just like our other services, we provide an organized and personalized process to relieve the stress of selecting, ordering, and placing furniture. During the design process, we provide a conceptual phase to gather inspiration, establish a color palette, and agree on the investment estimate. Then we move into the detailed design phase, where we make all the final decisions on furniture, fabrics, and finishes in a series of presentations using storyboards, 3D renderings, and a detailed proposal to help you visualize each item in your space.

Distance Design package
Not local? No problem! Distance Design is perfect for the design enthusiast who wants advice from an experienced interior designer without committing to a full-scale contract. If you like to DIY and don’t mind doing a little legwork to prepare, manage, and implement, then this is definitely the design service for you. The AHD team works with you to create a digital design board and shopping list with links, then we turn it over to you to order and install!
